Tiffany awoke this morning at 2am with strong contractions. By 7am we were on our way to Portland Providence. By 8am Tiff was admitted to the hospital with stronger, more consistent contractions.
After 32 minutes of "pushing" Evangeline Erickson burst into the world at 11:20am, arm reaching out and pressed against her head. Weighing in at 7 pounds, 12 ounces, she is a strong, beautiful little girl.
Tiffany is doing very well, despite needing some well-earned respite. Pictures and more information to follow.
