Sleepy Guests
Sarah braved the weekday traffic and brought us two little boys and one delicious meal.
Christian had a full day at summer camp and couldn't manage to open an eye while he was here.
Evangeline patiently waited for him to rouse (which he never did).
We promised Evangeline a Christian play date soon.

Freebird
Juliet- the all-star toilet user- got a little carried away at church yesterday when she wanted to use the toilet by herself. She somehow slipped into the toilet but just got her shirt wet. Since we don't carry changes of clothes she spent the rest of service topless.
Then we rememberd Juliet always wants to be topless or bottomless or both so figured this was part of a plan to extend her nudity outside the home.
Here's the Freebird walking back to the car.

Tragedy
After 6 feedings, three diaper changes and listening to cute little snorts and sniffs all night. Kev took the two older ladies and tried to give me a Sunday morning to sleep in. But little Rosalind has other ideas.

Was it Seaside or Disneyland?
Evangeline got some one on one time with Mimi and Auntie Linds. A trip toSeaside Beach.
When she came home she was bouncing off the walls. No doubt, the best day of her life!
Thanks Mimi and Auntie Linds!!
But first, a stop for breakfast at camp 18 for one of their gigantic cinnamon rolls.
Next, beach time where she learned about jelly fish, shells and "diggers" for making the best holes in the sand.
Lastly, a carousel ride, because we know this girl is a sucker for any kind of amusement ride.

Just Can't Get Enough
Baby Rosalind seems like the best thing to have happened to Evangeline. She can't get enough of holding and helping her.

Happy Father's Day
Us 4 ladies are lucky to have such a Godly, thoughtful, handsome, and strong man in our lives!
We celebrated our protector with a hike.

One Week Old
We made it one week! We have the help of my parents until tomorrow and then heaven help this family of 5.
Evangeline seems to be uneffected by bring Rosalind home. She's helpful and so eager to hold Rosalind any chance she can get. Evangeline melts our hearts with her care and kindness.
Juliet has been a little sensitive. She wants to be held all the time and makes sure we hear her requests, mostly by screaming or repeating her request over and over until she's our focus. But she's still our funny little gal who makes us laugh constantly.
Rosalind had a rough couple of days when my milk came in. But I think her little body has adjusted and she seems to be context and happy. She only sleeps for a max of 2 hours at a time and that's only if she's being held.
Kev and I miss each other but know we have years and years together where we will be missing our girls as they become more and more independent from us.
All and all, we're doing great and enjoying our little woman (and the help from my parents!!).

Cheetos
Of all the processed American foods, I don't think there is anyone in the world that doesn't like a cheeto.

Still Sisters
Evangeline and Juliet love to play with their new baby sister, Rosalind, but sometimes they still need big kid time on their own while they wait for Rosalind to get older.

Home
We're home! Thank goodness for my parents to help this transition run a little more smoothly! We've had lots of hands to play with our girls and hold baby Ros!
