Little lady is feeling a bit better today. Still not her old self but good enough to play a little dress up and go for a beautiful autumn walk. 

Cuddle Bug

You know Evangeline is sick or doesn't feel well when she cuddles and I've been getting lots and lots of cuddles lately. As much and I am soaking in ever cuddle I'm ready for this little one to feel better. 

You know I'm desperate to make this little one happy when I willingly let her little developing mind watch a move on the iPad no less!!

Sick Baby (but sick sick, not sick cool)

Evangeline is sick.

Last week she got the same cold that Tiff and I had. When that went away she got a pretty high fever of about 102 from Friday to Sunday. 

This morning, she woke up with a bad rash all over her body so we finally took her on to see the doctor. They say it's just a viral rash and should go away soon, but Evangeline is still bummed not to have her full energy.

Floating Dinner

Evangeline is lucky to have her great grandparents nearby and available for dinner. Last weekend the weather was great so we headed out to a restaurant floating on the Columbia for a quick bite.

Evangeline was in hog heaven the other day when there was not one but two dogs for her to play with when she came to work with me! 

Party Girl

Yesterday Evangeline attended her first party. Her buddy, Malachi, turned 1. 

She was very fashionable in her Italian dress(thanks Bart) and her French Sweater (thanks Kimmons). 

The party was such a rager, Lincoln had to take a nap in the middle of it to recuperate!

Ours and the Scheele's houses are getting closer and closer to being complete! The Scheeles jut got their carpet laid! We went over to the construction sites early this morning to check it out. Evangeline tested it and Evangeline approves!

A lot of fixtures for our new house have been arriving. We have Evangeline review each one to make sure it's what we ordered, in good repair, etc. Here she is making sure the new kitchen sink is big enough for her to use as a hot tub.
