To Kev's dismay we have a little girl that LOVES carnivals and fairs! When she filled up her reward jar she asked if she could use her money to go to the Carnival that's has been set up in the Target parking lot.
When you have someone that's worked so hard at being obedient, how can you say "no" to rickety rides and fried food?
Evangeline even offered to use her money to pay for Juliet!
